CANDLE  NGO committed to the upliftment of  Disadvantaged community of women, Deprived and marginalized children of  Aadhiyan Nomadic Tribes doing begging with decorated bull & Begging with beating their  own body with whip (Whipper) Blabbering fore tellers, (Kudukuduppai karar) Street circus players, Narikkuravar  tribes, Leprosy people,  Kuravar Tribes,  Quarry workers,  Street garbage cleaning Scavengers Dalit, Shoe makers, Landless peasants and small and marginal farmers, Persons with disability (PWD),  Persons living with HIV/AIDS infections  in Pudukkottai District, Tamilnadu, India.
