1.Discovery - Call with the NGO POC to understand the requirement 

2.Design -  Design the current strategy  

3.Develop - Start developing the final product after an approval on design phase 

4.Deliver - Present the solution to the non-profit  

5.Debrief - Hand over the strategy to the NGO giving them knowledge transfer on its usage
